Our charming cottage is conveniently situated just 100 meters from the sea, at the forefront of Penmarc'h (29,760), the delightful harbor of St. Pierre. Located in the heart of the country bigouden in South Finistère, this cozy retreat offers easy access to the 8 km of sandy beaches and coves that Penmarc'h has to offer.The 60 square meter cottage is tastefully decorated in a "sea" theme and faces south, ensuring plenty of natural light. Completely renovated in 2008 using natural and ecological materials such as hemp, lime, and wood wool, it exudes a warm and eco-friendly atmosphere.
On the ground floor, you will find a fully equipped kitchen and a comfortable living room with exposed beams and a cozy stove. There is also a convenient laundry room with a washing machine and washing hands, as well as a separate toilet.
Upstairs, there are two bedrooms. The first bedroom features a double bed, while the second bedroom offers twin beds with the possibility of accommodating a third person. There is also a modern bathroom with a sink, shower, and toilet.
Every room in the cottage is equipped with heating, and we also provide a high chair, bath, and cot for families with young children.
Outside, you can unwind on the 17 square meter terrace, which faces south and is sheltered. It is furnished with comfortable garden furniture and a barbecue, allowing you to enjoy outdoor meals and soak up the sun.
For a week-long stay, the rental price is €520 during July and August (HS), €350 during school holidays in June and September (MS), and €300 for other periods (BS). We also offer weekend rentals for certain periods, with prices starting from €150 in mid-season and €100 in low season.
Please note that the rental prices do not include water and electricity charges, which are calculated based on the current billing rate and meter readings.
Check-in is available from 3 pm on Saturdays, and check-out is at 10 am on Saturdays. Unfortunately, we are unable to accommodate pets.
To secure your reservation, we require a signed lease agreement and a 30% deposit of the total rental amount. The remaining balance can be paid upon arrival.
