This stunningly renovated house offers an exquisite blend of elegance and comfort. The large living room boasts a cozy fireplace, complemented by a comfortable sofa, chair, TV, and tasteful furniture. Additionally, there is a bathroom, a separate toilet, and a laundry room equipped with a washing machine.
Upstairs, there is a luxurious bathroom with a bathtub and WC. The bedrooms consist of one room with a 140-sized bed, another bedroom with two twin beds (90-sized), a room with a single bed (90-sized), and another room with a single bed (90-sized). A crib is also available for families with young children.
Outside, a charming garden awaits, perfect for enjoying the outdoors. Guests can relax under a parasol or on sunbeds, while a barbecue area provides a wonderful opportunity for alfresco dining.

To get to the "gîte de Navarre" from Caen, follow these directions:
1. Drive on the D613 (also known as Route de Paris) for approximately 14km.
2. Upon reaching Vimont, make a right turn onto the D47 (also known as Route de St Pierre sur Dives).
3. At the roundabout, take the second exit onto the D80 and continue for 2 km.
4. Then, make a left turn onto the D232, which will lead you to the chapel of Beneauville.
5. Continue for 800 m and you will find the "gîte de Navarre" on your left.
