Additionally, the flat comes with two underground garages and an alarm system for added security.

Inside, there are two comfortable bedrooms. The first bedroom features an electrical double bed and a TV, while the second bedroom has twin beds (one of which is electrical) and a baby bed. The flat is well-equipped with modern amenities, including a Freebox, telephone, internet, computer, CD player, TV, DVD player, and spacious cupboards.

The kitchen is separate and includes a dishwasher, washing machine, drying machine, freezer, oven, microwave, and iron. The bathroom offers an Italian shower, toilet, and washbasin, and there is a second separate toilet as well. If needed, the flat can provide baby accessories upon request.

The flat is available for rent during specific periods. From July 13th to July 27th, the weekly rate is €900. From August 3rd to August 10th, the rate is €1000 per week. From October 5th to October 19th, the rate is €450 per week. A cleaning fee of €30 to €40 applies.

Directions

To reach Toulon from Marseilles, follow the motorway and exit at La Ciotat. Look for the sign indicating "centre ville" and continue towards the beach. Once at the beach, you will notice a small, white, and modern flat that resembles a boat.
