This charming gite is located on a beautiful 2-hectare property, surrounded by meadows and woods. Situated just 10 kilometers south of Sarlat and the Dordogne border, it offers a peaceful and green rural setting.

The property consists of four separate gites, each surrounded by hedges and trees. Additionally, there is a 17th-century cottage adjoining the main house.

Recently renovated, these ground floor gites are spacious and comfortable, providing all the necessary amenities for a relaxing stay. Ideal for family vacations or trips with friends, they create a warm and welcoming atmosphere.

Each gite features three rooms, including a living room with a sofa bed and a fully equipped kitchenette. There are also two bedrooms, a bathroom with a shower, a toilet, a TV with DVD player, and a washing machine for guests' convenience. Furthermore, each gite has its own private garden with a patio and gazebo, allowing guests to enjoy the outdoors. WIFI internet connection is available throughout the property.

With a capacity of 4 to 6 people, these gites ensure privacy as they are not overlooked by one another.

To reach the destination, follow these steps:
1. Start by entering the GPS coordinates: 44''50'25.20 N - 1''14'20.20 E.
2. Depart from Paris and drive approximately 540 km.
3. Take the Bordeaux and Lyon A6 motorway.
4. Continue onto the A71 towards Limoges / Clermont Ferrand and Toulouse A20.
5. Take the Souillac exit (No. 55).
6. Follow the signs for Sarlat (D703) for about 20 km.
7. Then, make a left turn towards Aillac - Carsac - A Carsac.
8. Look for the sign indicating the management of Vitrac (6 km).
9. Pass through the village of Montfort (with a castle on the left).
10. Look for the sign that says "Vitrac village 1 km" and follow that direction.
11. Leave the stage on the left and immediately take the first right turn.
12. Look for a sign that says "Small Country Meadows" and stay on the right side of the road.
13. Drive for about 1 km (there will be an uphill road).
14. Look for four mailboxes on your left and right, and a small sign that says "Little Meadows."
15. Turn and continue on the path for approximately 300 m.
16. Congratulations! You have arrived at your destination.
