This vacation rental comfortably accommodates up to 5 people and has received a 3-key approval from the prefecture. It was refurbished in 2008 and is located on the 3rd and 4th floors of a cottage near the sea, offering panoramic views of the bay of Arguenon. The apartment features two terraces, one measuring 12 m2 and the other 20 m2. The interior is tastefully furnished and the property is only 10 meters away from the beach and a foot trail.On the ground floor, you will find a well-equipped kitchen with a microwave, oven, electric ceramic hob, vacuum table, dishwasher, washing machine, refrigerator, and everything you need to cook delicious seafood dishes. The 30 m2 living room includes two leather sofas, a booster seat, and a multimedia package with a mini TV and small TNT channel selection. The north terrace, accessible from the kitchen, offers stunning views.
On the upper floor, there is a south-facing bedroom decorated in art deco style, featuring a spacious 1.60 m bed with a quilt, a large wardrobe, and two bedside tables. This room offers a beautiful view of the beach and the south landscape. The north bedroom has one large 1.60 m bed, one 0.90 m bed, and three bedside tables. It also has a small cabinet and offers a panoramic sea view from the window. The north terrace can be accessed from this room as well. A cot and stroller are available upon request.
