This charming countryside cottage offers a peaceful retreat for nature lovers and walkers seeking a break from the hustle and bustle of busy roads. The spacious and well-maintained garden, complete with garden furniture, is the perfect spot to relax and enjoy a drink or meal on sunny days.Outside, you will find private parking for up to four cars, a beautifully flowered entrance with paved stone pathway, and an impressive 80 square meter rose marble terrace with a pergola. The terrace is furnished with comfortable seating and a barbecue, ideal for outdoor dining. For families with children, there is a swing set and sandbox available.
Inside the cottage, on the ground floor, there is a separate room equipped with a dishwasher, washing machine, drying machine, and cleaning supplies. There is also a separate WC with storage space and cleaning products. The main bathroom is fitted with a bathtub, WC, storage cupboard, mirror, and washbasin. The fully-equipped kitchen features solid oak timber cabinets, a gas cooker, cooker hood/extractor fan, 1.5 bowl sink, small and large electric ovens, microwave oven, and a fridge/freezer. The living room boasts a traditional wood fireplace, a dining area, a cozy corner sofa, TV, pay phone, books, and games. It also offers direct access to the garden, providing stunning views of the surrounding countryside.
On the first floor, you will find three bedrooms. Bedroom 1 accommodates two guests and includes a closet for storage. Bedroom 2 can accommodate four guests with its four single beds and also has a closet. Bedroom 3 is a double bedroom with a closet, a color TV, a crib for a baby, and a balcony. There is also a bathroom on this floor with a separate shower, washbasin, and mirror.
To ensure your comfort, the cottage is heated throughout with electric panel heaters, keeping you cozy during the colder months. Warm water is produced by a separate electrical unit, and there is a VIVA service phone available for your convenience.
