The cottage underwent renovations in 2006 and offers a comfortable and cozy atmosphere. On the ground floor, you will find a spacious living room with a seating area surrounding a charming fireplace, as well as a well-equipped kitchen complete with a fridge, stove, oven, microwave, coffee maker, and kettle. Additionally, there is a dining area where you can enjoy your meals.Upstairs, the cottage features three bedrooms, including two with double beds (140cm) and one with two single beds (90cm). There is also a bathroom, a separate toilet, and a washing machine for your convenience. The cottage is equipped with electric heating to ensure a pleasant stay at any time of the year.
Outside, you can relax on the terrace and admire the breathtaking views of the Pyrenees. There is also a garden and a solarium where you can unwind. Parking space is available for your convenience.
The cottage has a total area of 90 square meters, with additional outdoor space. There are numerous activities to enjoy in the vicinity, such as hiking (the GR86 trail passes near the house), horse riding, fishing, and even opportunities to interact with horses and donkeys. Just 2 kilometers away, you will find a swimming pool, tennis courts, a lake with pedal boats, fishing spots, as well as a climbing wall, a castle, a museum, an exhibition hall, and a local market.
Within a 6-kilometer radius, you can engage in activities such as hiking, skiing, snowshoeing, dog sledding, mountain biking, paragliding, and even try your hand at tree-top golf. At a distance of 20 kilometers, you can enjoy thermal baths, a casino, a cinema, skiing, museums, guided tours, cave explorations, visits to abbeys, and even discover the Gallo-Roman history of the region.
The cottage comfortably accommodates up to 6 people. The rental price includes 56 kilowatts of electricity usage, with any additional usage charged at a rate of 0.13 per kilowatt. A complimentary package of firewood is also provided for your comfort.

To reach your destination, you have a few options:
1. By car: Take the A64 and exit at Montréjeau / Saint Gaudens, or take the N125 from Toulouse to Saint Beatus / Boutx.
2. By train: There is a direct line from Paris Luchon with a stop at the Marignac station.
3. By plane: You can fly into either Tarbes or Toulouse-Blagnac airport.
