Description for Gite

This studio is conveniently located near 50 ski slopes in St Gervais. Situated on the ground floor of a chalet, you can easily access the slopes or the pool from the entrance. The terrace offers stunning views of Mont Blanc and the town of St Gervais.

Upon entering the studio, you will find a spacious hallway with a cupboard, clothes hangers, iron, ironing board, and cleaning accessories. The hallway leads to a cabin with two bunk beds, each with two drawers containing quilts and throws. There is also a closed bathroom with a bathtub, washbasin, hair dryer, and toilet.

Continuing through the studio, you will find a fully equipped kitchen with dishes, a microwave, oven grill, fridge, coffee machine, raclette and fondue pot, and everything else you may need for cooking.

In the small hallway, there are two oak folding beds that can be easily stored during the day. The kitchen opens up to a living area with a sofa bed for two people and a dining area with a large oak table, three oak chairs, and an oak bench. This area overlooks a spacious bay window and a terrace with a table and chairs.

The studio is east-facing and measures 30 m2, with a terrace of 5 m2.

For storing your ski equipment, there is a locked and private room right next to the studio, accessible with the same key. Here, you will find ski lockers, sleds, a garden table, and chairs that are available for our tenants. We recommend storing any bulky items in this room, such as luggage.

Please note that you will need to bring your own sheets, pillowcases, and towels.
