Description for Gite

I am a private individual and a passionate collector of old cars from the Fifties, Sixties, and Seventies, specifically Citroen, Peugeot, and Simca. I have a furnished house available for rent in a charming small village near MONTPELLIER, in the south of France.

The house can be divided into two separate flats if needed. The ground floor is 80 m2 and includes a kitchen, living room, two terraces, a bathroom with a toilet, and two bedrooms (with the option for an additional bed in the living room). There is also a private outdoor car park.

The first floor is 100 m2 and features a kitchen, living room, terrace, bathroom with a toilet, and four bedrooms (with the option for an additional bed in the living room). It also has a private outdoor car park.

From the village of Saint Drézéry (34160), you can reach Montpellier, the sea (Carnon, Palavas), the Camargue, and the Cevennes within 30 minutes. There are plenty of opportunities for strolls, visits, and excursions with the sea, river, and countryside nearby.

The rental price is €500 per week for each apartment or €950 for the entire house. The price may vary depending on the duration of the stay.
